The exhibition “From Montmartre to Montparnasse. Catalan artists in Paris, 1889-1914” recreates the Paris that Catalan creators knew at the beginning of the 20th century. The city was the world capital of modern art and the cradle of avant-garde experimentation. Artists such as Santiago Rusiñol, Ramon Casas, or Pablo Picasso struggled to find their way, to make their work known or to respond to the commissions of art dealers to satisfy the fashionable tastes of their clients. The entertaining audio guide of twenty tracks in four languages has been produced by Audioguiarte.
