The exhibition “Un tiempo para mirar (1970-2020)” is dedicated to the photojournalist Marisa Flórez. With five decades of work, in the newspapers “Informaciones” and “El País”, Flórez has been able to combine with elegance and simplicity, in perfect balance, artistic creation and the documentary sense of photography. The main objective of the exhibition is to show the public a photographic work full of surprising moments and decisive events in the recent history of Spain. The 184 images reveal an overwhelming photographic style, as well as a resolutely contemporary way of seeing and creating that adds up to a strong will to investigate another way of telling what is seen and experienced, and reveal a wide variety of themes: politics, activism, social chronicle, art and culture. Audioguiarte has participated by producing the contents of the audio guide and providing the devices.
