The exhibition invites visitors on a journey through the most unknown and unpublished work of Joaquín Sorolla Bastida: his religious paintings. Although we are not accustomed to thinking of Sorolla as painting religious themes, it was a genre that he explored, especially in the early years of his career, and in which he revealed his young and promising talent. Production of content in Spanish, English and French for the tour of this temporary exhibit. Texts by Covadonga Pitarch, curator of the Museum.
